Our Heart for Cats
We are a home-based, nonprofit cat rescue dedicated to improving the lives of cats through rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption. Our organization provides safe haven and medical care for cats in need while working to place them in loving, permanent homes.

In addition to rescue and adoption, we actively conduct Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs to humanely reduce community cat overpopulation. We also provide medical treatment for feral and community cats suffering from illness or injury, helping improve their health and quality of life.

A core part of our mission is community education. We work to raise awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering, responsible pet ownership, and compassionate care for community cats. Through these efforts, we strive to reduce shelter intake, prevent unnecessary suffering, and create a healthier, more humane community for both cats and the people who care for them.
Charlie's Story
Before

Charlie was found in a junkyard in Avenel, NJ, on the brink of death. She had been attacked by a raccoon while trying to protect her kittens, leaving her severely injured and in desperate need of help. Without immediate medical attention, we feared Charlie might not survive the night.

She had suffered multiple bites around her neck and left front leg, resulting in painful abscesses and severe infection. On top of her injuries, Charlie was battling a serious upper respiratory infection, was covered in fleas, severely malnourished, and so badly matted that she could barely care for herself.
Charlie’s road to recovery was not easy. For an entire month, she received intensive, specialized care, medical treatment, plenty of nutritious meals, and—most importantly—the time and love she needed to heal.

Slowly but surely, Charlie began to fight her way back. Her wounds healed, her strength returned, and the frightened, suffering cat we first rescued began to emerge as the beautiful girl she was always meant to be.

Today, Charlie has made a remarkable full recovery. Her story is a reminder of why rescue matters: sometimes, all an animal needs is someone willing to see their potential, give them a chance, and refuse to give up on them.

Charlie survived. Charlie healed. And Charlie got her second chance.
